Privacy Policy

MT Venture Designs · Effective October 25, 2026

MT Venture Designs ("we," "our") is a digital design studio in Cincinnati, Ohio, that sells printable PDF products through Etsy. This policy explains what information we handle, through this website and through the tools we use to run our shop, and how it is used.

This website

This website is a simple informational site. It does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, it has no accounts or forms, and it does not collect personal information from visitors.

Orders and payments

All sales happen on Etsy. When you buy from our Etsy shop (MTVentureDesigns), Etsy collects and processes your payment and order information under Etsy's Privacy Policy. We receive the order details Etsy provides to sellers (such as your name, what you purchased, and any message you send with the order) and use them only to deliver your files and respond to your questions. We never see or store your full payment card details.

Messages

If you contact us through Etsy Messages or Pinterest, we read and reply within those platforms. Message content stays in the platform where you sent it and is governed by that platform's privacy policy.

Our Pinterest integration

We use the Pinterest API through our own registered application to publish Pins about our own products to our own Pinterest boards. Specifically:

• The application connects only to MT Venture Designs' own Pinterest account, authorized by us through Pinterest's OAuth sign-in.
• It accesses our own account information, board list, and Pins, and it creates Pins linking to our own product pages. It does not access, collect, or store information about any other Pinterest user.
• OAuth access tokens are stored securely on our own systems, are used only to operate this publishing tool, and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
• The application has no third-party users and collects no data from the public.

How we use information

We use the limited information described above only to operate our shop: delivering digital products, answering customer questions, and publishing our own marketing Pins. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the platforms named in this policy (Etsy and Pinterest) as needed to provide their services.

Data retention

Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. OAuth tokens for our Pinterest integration are retained only while the integration is in use and are deleted when it is disconnected.

Children

Our products are activities for children, but they are sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
